Abstract
This project was initiated to provide an online web portal that would help in reduction of errors by providing clear and concise information about any project's key deliverables and the total effort required to build software according to different perspectives. The key deliverables of this project are Adding and updating a project, modularization of project, task allocation to different teams, effort required for different module and effort of teams, which is made up individuals and the total of all the modules and teams effort cumulating to the project's total effort which can be viewed according to hours, days and weeks. The targeted audiences for this project are software project managers and the teams working under them. The scope of this project is that it is currently restricted to classical SDLC methodologies.
