Abstract
This study evaluates the association between shared leadership and project success using the
degree of autonomy as a mediator to investigate the effects of features to improve project team
performance and the efficacy of project teams working in Pakistan. Through an online survey, 260
respondents who work for Huawei in the telecommunications industry provided the data.
Communal leadership dramatically impacts team performance in project management, and the
study's findings support this.
