dc.description.abstractThis research conducts an in-depth analysis of Pakistan and India's legal frameworks and the provisions specifically relating to the corporate investigation and the procedures. This includes scrutinizing current provisions, regulatory bodies and transparency related mechanism to apprehend intricacies and challenges to the both countries. This research also examines the legal reforms that can be proposed to enhanced the transparency exercising best practices in corporate law. It is a critical study of trans-cultural and economic context in the field of corporate investigation by analyzing cross border implications and the need of a harmonized legal document. The comparative method has been used to systematically analyzed to contras the legal systems governing investigation and procedures in company laws of the both countries.
