Abstract
From almost seventy years, the people of occupied Kashmir are waiting for their freedom promised by the United Nations. It is one of the oldest territory dispute, waiting for justice in this world. There are dozens of U.N. resolutions, providing the solution of the Kashmir dispute but India is not pleased to implement these resolutions. Indian armed forces have committed numerous human rights violations from the last thirty years in the occupied Kashmir. Occupying the territory through the deployment of more than six hundred thousand armed forces and denying the implementation of these resolution, India is clearly violating the international humanitarian law.
