Abstract
This research paper narrates the benefits of One Belt One Road Initiative (OBOR) for Pakistan China and Russia, where CPEC is also important component of their collaboration. The troika of these three nuclear states will build peaceful and harmonious environment in South Asia. OBOR will bring All Asian, Southern and Central Asian Republic (CARs), Middle East and European countries closer by silk routes and maritime routes for Trade and Development. CPEC is the flagship project of OBOR, which is corridor to connecting deep-sea port Gwadar to Kashgar. OBOR is considered as China’s New Multi-polar World system to globalize with regional states. The research paper produced is based on qualitative research methodology within the circle of Post Positivist Paradigm, and the analysis is composed of interpretive manner, keeping the insight of literature review and theoretical framework. There are many mutual benefits, which Pakistan will enjoy, in collaboration with Russia and China through OBOR (including CPEC). This study aims to explore the developmental and infrastructural opportunities at inter and intra state level for Pakistan. This initiative created interdependence between the regional countries and bind them economically. The armed forces shared the joint exercises to counter non-state actors and bring peace and stability among neighboring states. India, who opposed both OBOR and CPEC earlier, is now show casing its concerns over Troika of Pakistan, China and Russia. The influence of China in Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean is difficult for India to digest. The current paper highlighted and discussed the mutual benefits, regional and non-regional harmony, external threats and development for Pakistan and others, and which policies Pakistan should adopt and work on with effectiveness for peace and progress.
