Abstract
This research work includes several advances in the understanding of mosquito
mechanisms, and many finished textile materials to repel mosquitoes using herbal
extracts. Mosquito-borne diseases are increasing day by day and controlling them is
mandatory. The main objectives of the research were to find out the most efficient way
to forge on the textile sector by providing mosquito-repellent textiles using herbal
extracts that have mosquito repellent properties. Mosquito-borne diseases like malaria,
filariasis, chikungunya and dengue fever can be efficiently prevented with the help of
this advanced approach.
