dc.description.abstractMagnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) have garnered substantial interest in the biomedical field, particularly for their potential in targeted drug delivery and cancer therapy. This study focuses on the synthesis, characterization, conjugation of MNPs with methotrexate (MTX), and MTX combined with folic acid (FA), aiming to explore their efficacy in cancer treatment. Through a series of in vitro assays and immunohistochemistry analyses, we investigate the therapeutic potential of these conjugated MNPs. The findings contribute valuable insights into the development of MNP-based therapies for personalized medicine.
