Abstract
The aim of the study was to investigate relationship between secondary
students’ engagement and satisfaction in online learning. The research also
aimed to investigate the mediating role of E-service quality. The study was
quantitative in nature and correlational by method. The researcher used multi
sampling technique first was convenient sampling to select two Tehsils, then
purposively selected the 10 private secondary schools which have adopted
online teaching. The sample size was 300 private secondary school students.
The researcher used student engagement scale, Online Course Satisfaction
Scale and EQUAL Scale. The study showed significant positive correlation
between students’ engagement and satisfaction level. Further, the results
showed that E-service quality was major predictor of the relationship of
students’ engagement and satisfaction. All schools may implement and offer
best E-service to students.
