| dc.description.abstract | Text2Talent is a web application designed for recruiters to enhance the recruitment/hiring process by taking the pain of searching and finding the best suitable candidate for the job under the given criteria. It uses NLP techniques to parse the data and then some ML algorithms for ranking the resume using the parsed data with respect to the given criteria for the job. Using Text2Talent, recruiters only need to create a job, mention the criteria and share the provided link to the applicants, applicants will then submit their data using the link and the rest of the work is on our system to search and find the eligible candidates. | |
