dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate the impact of Industry 4.0 on the relationship between organizational development and process automation in the textile industry of Pakistan. Organizational development is the independent variable, process automation is the dependent variable, and industry 4.0 is the moderating variable. The study employs a quantitative research method with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sample consists of employees from various textile firms who have experience with process automation and organizational development. The study uses linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses.
