| dc.description.abstract | This thesis analyses the system for details of revitalization in D Ground, a significant commercial area in Faisalabad that challenges travel, ecological and infrastructure challenges that hinder its attractiveness and commercial vitality to the wider community. The research emphasizes the significant challenges that affect business operations and the average cost of life, which include inadequate parking spaces, daily congestion, and failing utilities for the public. The study offers an overall strategy focused on infrastructural advancement, enhanced engagement with the community, and equitable growth, relying on perspectives from community members including entrepreneurs, citizens, urban designers and elected officials. To boost company productivity and increase citizen satisfaction, suggestions involve enhanced traffic management, additional parking areas and enhanced services for the public. To achieve equilibrium among urban development and preservation of the environment, consideration is additionally focused on implementing environmentally friendly methods into operation, including green spaces, waste disposal systems, and architectural sustainability. The fact that growth is restricted by regulatory and economic constraints in addition to an absence of neighborhood participation stakeholders have to collaborate jointly to conquer these obstacles using modern technologies including automated parking facilities and smart city initiatives to optimize city function the objective for the proposed redevelopment strategies is to transform d ground into an alive mixed use development zone that enhances everyone standard of existence and financial future as an example for metropolitan rehabilitation in Pakistan this dissertation proposes a reestablished d ground that integrates financial resilience with preservation of the environment through promoting community involvement and integrating development objectives. | |
