Abstract
This is B.T.T.M(H) final project, which is based on my internship at Kohinoor Textile Mills KTM (Gujjar Khan). KTM is situated in GuJJar Khan and belongs to the renowned Sagol Group. Factory has latest state of the art machinery and the quality of spun yam being produced is exceptional. Daily production of this unit is 70-80 bags, weighing 100 lbs. including various types of yarns. Company exports 40% of its total production, whereas remaining 60% is supplied to the local users. Although the systems being followed are good but still there is room for improvement. I have pointed out some problems in prevailing system and have given some recommendations to overcome the persisting problems. Mostly problems are concemed with the management and one can better tackle them after going through this report which provides useful information about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats about Kohinoor Textile Mills.
