Abstract
Although Pakistan is a rich country in natural resources but the provision of skilled labor for the industry is essential for its prosperity. Soft projects provide a platform to the populous of a nation for their vocational career and survival for life. This research explores how vocational education and training institutions can educate and prepare well-trained workers for the future by evaluating project management development from the perspective of well-trained workers. Punjab Skill Development Fund (PSDF) provides skills in different trades for 37 districts of Punjab. The study assesses that the criteria of project success for soft projects should be comprised of technical, professional as well as entrepreneurial skill development. Qualitative research has been conducted about the assessment of soft projects (garments stitching training).
