Abstract
This Final Year Project, MediConnect is a website in which we discover the diseases using symptoms or using user profile. Where anyone can register their account, visit the website and experience with this procedure. In which we have three modules (Patient, Doctor, Admin). The patient can register their account and verify and edit user profile before/after booking an appointment and write short summary box to fill it (its mandatory) that is called User-profile. The Patient also ask questions based on AI with predefine question. Then, there is automatic notification generate there we see what kind of diseases we have and what kind of prevention we need. Also suggest us a particular doctor nearby location according to our disease using map. Then suggest us appointments to book with the doctor (regarding our diseases or symptoms based). The Doctor might remove a patient from their schedule or appointments. The Admin will update all the schedules and appointments on daily base and add doctors, might be removed. The system generates auto notification until we book an appointment (To maintain for health).
