Abstract
Our project “Property Dealing” is made in Dreamweaver by using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JAVASCRIPT language under bootstrap and code-ignitor framework. It is basically a website which provides services of offering sale and purchase plots, flats or bungalows in residential, commercial or industrial areas. The user can purchase or sale the property in the form of plots, semi-built or built form. This website also includes a module of Roommate search specially designed for the students of universities and colleges. This website will reduce manual work and helps people to find a property efficiently. This website provides the simplest, cheapest and a less time and energy consuming way of searching a property.
