Abstract
Modern use of smart phones and handheld devices has induced an evolution in the history of electronic media and the use of E-commerce. Users tend to use different applications in their cell phones which facilitate them in different ways according to their needs. Whereas E-commerce has changed the user’s perspective of buying and selling items online. People are becoming more addicted to buy daily routine products online. Here comes the idea of developing application for buying online grocery products as well. An application that falls into this category is an Android based application which is named as GroceIT. This application allows the user to stay at home and buy grocery products with a few taps and the product is delivered.
