Abstract
This project is based on the overview of problems that servaid pharmacy is facing. The problems
discussed in the project are related to the warehouse process of a company. After observing the
whole supply chain process of the servaid pharmacy we found the warehouse process inefficient,
the problems were excess stock loss, non-intimate expiry loss, less dispatches loss, and damage
loss of the products. Due to these problems in warehouse process company is bearing extra cost
which is affecting the revenue and profit of the company
