Abstract
he author conducted research to examine the impact of Top Management Support (TMS) and Organizational Culture (OC) on the performance of project employees, ultimately influencing the success or failure of projects in achieving their intended outcomes. The study also investigated how the Ability to Manage Change (AMC) acts as a mediator between these variables. Through a quantitative correlational research design, data was collected from 251 respondents working in software houses in Lahore, Pakistan.
