dc.description.abstractThe law of offense and bail in Pakistan is explained in this paper. The Pakistan Penal Code, 1860, contains general penal law, while the Criminal procedure Code, 1898, contains general case law. Offenses are classified as friable or non-data from various, with the former allowing police to arrest without a bench warrant by a Magistrate, and the latter preventing police from arresting without one. Then there are bailable and non-bailable crimes
