Abstract
The aim of this project is to develop a property auction application that allows sellers to list their properties for auction, and for bidders to bid on those properties. The app facilitates the bidding process by allowing bidders to place bids, and sellers to view current bids. The app also provides a secure and reliable way for bidders to verify the authenticity of properties using e-stamp numbers. The admin is able to manage and monitor the auction process. The app provides real-time updates on the status of auctions, such as current bids and winning bidders. The project is aimed to make the property auction process more efficient and convenient for both sellers and bidders.
