Abstract
In the current era where the diverse nature of fast-track projects with limited budgets are
ongoing, Stakeholder Management considered one of the critical success factors of the project.
Among the reasons that affect project goals, trust of stakeholders impacts the most. Identification
of stakeholder, involvement, communication and engagement are major elements of Stakeholder
Management.
