Abstract
This research aims to inform actions and gather evidence to contribute to developing knowledge
in the area of Pakistan’s construction industry specifically road and bridge construction projects.
In this research, the impact of project operations management will be measured to determine
whether efficient and effective project operations management impact the project's success and
successful completion. In addition, this study seeks to understand the moderating role of digital
leadership in project operations management efficiency and project outcomes. The research design
for this study is quantitative research approach with deduction reasoning.
