Abstract
The man started his life from Stone Age, in that time they did not had any certain types of
senses like how to eat and wear clothes with the passage of time they start to developed and
made advancements throughout different civilization. Similarly, with the case in food they
demand food in better taste and delicious items to satisfy their desire instead of raw food. On
different occasions, they tried to amuse others with different type ofsweets according to events.
By looking forward into this matter Baba Sweets started in 1991 at Gujranwala. They made
different types of delicious East Asian sweets to enhance happiness and delightful memories
of people in their events. They continuously tried to broaden their business in all over Pakistan,
adopting different style and recipes to fulfill demand of their customers. They do not
compromise on cleanliness, hygiene and expiration of their products. They are liked by all ages
of people and have different types of sweet according to the taste buds of people. In the early
stages of business, people from surroundings and neighboring cities used to buy sweet in
account of quality and fare price. They have laid prime spotlight on the utilization of new items
for making patisa. Now they are trying to strengthen their brand and making new branches in
abroad too. They have verity of sweets which include: Moti Chor Laddu, Sohan Papri,
Balushahi, Qalqati Laddu, Anjeer Halwa, Besan Patisa, Anjeer Rolls, Pan Parey, Pista Roll,
Khakar Pura, Kalay Malai, and Special Kaju Barfi.
