Abstract
It is important to understand special education and the services being offered to individuals who are deaf in light of research conducted in Pakistan. In this research the researchers were interested to project the brief historical background of services provided and providing by the Hamza Foundation Academy for the Deaf, Lahore. Purposely the researchers collected the data regarding their service structure, infrastructure, faculty, staff, administration and resources. It will be a source of great deal for the parents and the deaf community to access Hamza Foundation Academy for the Deaf. Moreover, the perception of Pakistani society about deaf people and their social emotional adjustment can be changed.
