Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is the regulated body which makes rules and regulation as per the requirements given by the ICAO. The Airlines must have to meet the given standards while keeping the facts and figure among them. The competition has been increased after the approval of deregulation concept in Chicago Convention, 1944. In between the 2012-2016, many of the airlines came into being the competitive environment of Pakistan in which Bhoja Air, Air Indus are the main lead. Bhoja Air and Air Indus has been ceased its operation due to not meeting the quality and safety standards which are given by the CAA. This research is entirely basis on the airline industry of Pakistan in which I have discussed about the requirements of CAA for starting a new L.C.C and how to start its operation.
