    The project “Supply Chain Management in Garment Industries of Lahore” is regarding visiting two textile mills and getting three cases from each mill, evaluating those cases and finding out the factors where we can reduce the cost, reduces time. In the end finding solutions to solve those problems and implement in industry. The main purpose of this project is to highlight factors, from management and suppliers point of view that ultimately turns into increase cost, increase time and at the end late shipment or cancellation of orders. Highlighting, its effects on future planning and orders either positively or negatively. This project might be successful in helping industry solving this issue.
