In order to establish relations with neighboring countries in particular and with other countries in general, the state determines some limits, restrictions and rules and regulations which especially guarantee its security and prosperity. This principle is the foreign policy of the state. Islam is not only a religion, but a complete code of life. It is not just a claim, but it was proved in practice by the Holy Prophet in his time, and the Caliphs became a role model for the Muslim Ummah and the nations of the world. To achieve this goal, the foreign affairs of today's economically, politically, geographically and defensively strong and influential states such as Saudi Arabia, Arab Emirates, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran and Pakistan have been thoroughly reviewed. In order to highlight the importance of this topic, this dissertation is divided into five chapters.
