    A survey on identification of employability skills among the students of doe in the universities of lahore
    (UMT.Lahore, 2019) Uzma Hussain
    The aim of this current study was to investigate the perception of teachers and students about employability skills at the university level of education in the department of education. The Theoretical framework was based on the transformational learning theory invented by Mezirow and mentorship theory invented by Daloz. Ten factors selected through literature and these were considered as the result of factor analysis. Two types of questionnaires were used for data collection from 100 teachers and 400 students from four public and private universities of Lahore in the department of education and random sampling technique was used. The collected data was analyzed by using one samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The result of the study related to the teachers and students perception about employability skills. Both were agreed for the development of the employability skills at the university level of education. The result of the current study also suggested that employability skills more important for students as well as for teachers. Furthermore recommendations were also part of the study included.
