The target audience for this application is employees across companies of varying scales, providing them with tools to monitor their individual statistics. Simultaneously, HR administrators gain the ability to track team and individual employee progress and performance. The project's overarching goal is to empower companies to enhance productivity and revenue through the systematic tracking of employee activities and health metrics. Key functionalities include user registration and login with password management, profile creation and editing, attendance management, payroll computation, performance tracking, feedback collection, and employee health monitoring. This project envisions user-friendly dashboards for both employees and HR personnel to facilitate efficient monitoring and management of workforce activities, ultimately fostering a healthier and more productive work environment.
