    Impact of servant leadership on follower’s helping behavior

    The study investigates the influence of servant leadership on the helping behavior of followers. Primarily the study concentrates on unfolding the underlying mechanism of servant attitude between servant leadership and the helping behavior of followers, furthermore the current study also investigates the moderating effect of relational identity of followers on the relationship of servant leadership and servant attitude of followers. The data was collected from multisource in two waves of time to tackle common method variance. The results of the study inculcated that the servant leaders positively influence the helping behavior of followers which is explained through the servant attitude of followers additionally, study also delineated that the relational identity of followers moderates the relationship of servant leadership and servant attitude. The research study also delineates theoretical and practical implications. Moreover, study limitations and future research agendas are also elucidated in the study.
