    Relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and teacher engagement in special education institutions

    Employees are the most important component for efficiency and performance in organizations without employees' dedication and efforts, organizations cannot prosper. Employee dedication to their work and satisfaction with their jobs are regarded as the main factors of organizational effectiveness in whether a workplace is public or private in this study independent sample T-Test shows means value 1.2 and male means are 1.0 and Std Deviation are .45239and male Std Deviation are .0 and no of females are 141 and no of males are 59 Scale Statics shows mean value are 1.38 and variance are 1.0 and standard deviation is .45239 Many teachers agree about that he like doing the things he do at school and Many respondents disagree about that I am happy with my salary increase. that he don‘t clarify about the chances of increasing salaries and Many teachers agree that There's too little chance for promotion on my employment. Many respondents agree that the communications seem good within the institute and many teachers strongly agree that the goals of this institute are not clear to me. Many of them are strongly agree that I have to do too much work he says that the institutes work overload and salaries are not according to their work many teachers agree that I am now not glad with benefits I receive in these public and private institutes of Punjab and many agree that at my work, I feel energetic and strong and most teachers agree about At my work, I am very resilient, mentally mostly agree that My job inspires me and it‘s difficult to detach myself from my job many of them said that my job is challenging many respond agree that I don‘t feel my efforts are rewarded the way institute should have and mostly respondents respond on agree that I do now not sense that the paintings I do is favored. The current study was quantitative in nature. Type of research was descriptive as it described the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and teacher engagement in special education institutions in Punjab. Population of this study consist of 141 female special educators 59 male special education teachers working in public and private sector of special education schools of Punjab. The questionnaire was used to check the job satisfaction. Keeping in view the ongoing situation of COVID-19 pandemic, an online survey was conducted by using Google forms. Instrument of the study was developed by the researchers herself, hence, After collecting the data through Google forms data will be analyzed in term both in descriptive (means, standard deviation, frequency) and inferential statics.
