    Producing a sustainable plain cement concrete with use of admixture in addition to fishnet fibers

    Many researches are being conducted worldwide regarding use of recycled aggregates for the preparation of sustainable plain cement concrete and for strengthening the RAC, fibers have been utilized as internal reinforcement for the RAC. Strengthening RAC by reinforcing it with WFN PP and Nylon fibers and use of admixture is very effective technique to make RAC durable and strong. It is well-thought-out as the most efficient and advanced method as compared to other previous experimented methods. Tests are being carried out regarding comparison of compressive strengths of 3 concrete grades (M-18, M-21 and M-25) cylinders. Following mix designs, total 42 cylinders (6×12) inches are being casted which are distributed as 6 cylinders without fiber and 18-18 cylinders having WFN PP (Polypropylene) and NF (Nylon Fiber) being incorporated in different percentages (0.25%, 0.5% and 1.5%) with respect to weight of cement and using admixture (Ultra-510). For compressive strength, cylinders are subjected to 0.25 MPa load/sec (ASTM C-39). Experimental outcomes obtained after compression testing and their comparison, also the cost estimation for cylinders being casted and their comparison are shown in the form of tables and graphs. Detailed procedure on collection of materials, preparation, testing on materials and then following mix design casting of cylinders (with and without WFN fibers) for all grades is also added. The effect on CS (Compressive Strength) by adding WFN PP and NF in different percentages, their effects on cost estimation, and durability of FRRAC (Fiber Reinforced Recycled Aggregate Concrete) with 100% recycled aggregates and its environmental positive aspects are also investigated in this research work

Nishat Mills Ltd is a leading textile company in these days and it is equipped with latest machinery, highly qualified management and skilled labor. The organization is making many products at same time, Dream is one of them. Dream is a costly and time taking product in sewing unit because it takes much labor and resources than other products. Major causes were identified by analyzing the complete process using method study.

Taking tuition is another way to gain some knowledge in many academic subjects. This is also a good way to earn some money. By tuition one individual can earn some money and another can acquire some specific knowledge. But in our country, there is business purpose everywhere. In tuition system the business is done by a system called media. This media system sometimes ruins the quality of education. We present an Android and web-based app that named “Tutor Hub” which can help anyone to find a tuition or a tutor. This app can prevent media business in tuition system. In Tutor Hub anyone can create an account to add their desired subject for the purpose of getting tuition or giving tuition. In addition, the parents can be contacted in case of any need.

    Worker’s efficiency calculation using leap motion sensor

    A sensor with flexible and sustainable nature configured with intensive, matchless and eccentric abilities, this device has to capability of conversion into worker's efficiency calculation gadget by the implementation of specific methodologies and has the property to do the adjustment with respect to the working conditions. An American organization is manufacturing the Leap motion sensor and has the responsibility for its coherence. Leap sensor is an external hardware device of a compact size and tracks the hand and palm motions and gestures, by using gray-scale technology. Leap motion sensor can even detect all the three joints of fingers and give reaction according to each joint by using specific methodologies. Here, our approach is to use the specific abilities of Leap sensor according to our desired goal evaluation of worker's ability in accordance with the working conditions and other dependable factors. For our desired goal, we need two Arduinos, one Arduino Uno, and one Arduino Nano, to assure our ease and system's flexibility and Ultrasonic sensor to observe the worker's presence and absence. We have to keep the Leap motion within a working place due to its sensing area limitations by using some holding instrument. Every objective requires certain approach and resolutions for its achievement, and to fulfill its required perspectives.
