    DEVELOPMENT OF SOPS IN AK ENTERPRISES

    This study is conducted to develop standard operating procedures in supply chain department of AK Enterprises. This study provides a coordinated organizational framework to increase efficiency and interdepartmental linkages, reduction in process time, maximum resources consumption, improve credibility of process flows and increase quality and reliability of work place processes. During this research the problems that were found out through the focus group discussion are in the areas of warehouse, procurement, transport, and untrained staff showing carelessness which are causing different problems in these departments.
