    Evaluation of Capacity building programs of TVET Teachers in Punjab

    Technical and Vocational Training improves the skills of person and proper instruction gives help to decrease the difficulties. The purpose of this study was to point out the purpose of capacity building programs. Capacity building programs of TVET provide the opportunity to the individual person to become independent person of the nation. Capacity building programs increase competency of TVET training programs. The methodology of this study was quantitative. A close ended questionnaire was filled by TVET teachers who taken training by different TVET institutions of the Punjab. The total sample size of 6 selected TVET institutions, trainees were 110 where female and male teachers are 72 and 38 respectively. The results were according to my expectation. The result of research questions observe that mostly responded are satisfy with the capacity building program of TVET and agree that capacity building program enhance their professional career also make their thinking creative and increase their self-confidence. It was also concluded that respondent are agree that process of capacity building program are able to implement according to the market demand. Proper instruction, equipment, methods are helpful to get the skills of capacity building program with easy ways. There are some issues because of NAVTTC that NAVTTC has not enough funds for capacity building program. TVET was funded mainly from public resources. Improper instruction material and inadequate equipment effect the capacity building program. In this research finding are Teacher's trainees of TVET define capacity building programs by various ways. According to the trainees capacity building programs enhance skills performance. Learners are competent in their performance with the help of capacity building programs. Assessment of capacity building programs during training assess the trainee that they use proper methods according to the given instructions.
