    Optimization of Production Process at Production Plant of Cakes & Bakes

    In this project, we will go through the overall process of the supply chain but mainly focus on production departments. Our major focus is on the production department and SOP’s. Cakes and bakes overcome customer demands and slow production movement after receiving the sops. Through interviews with the supply chain head and production department head, we extracted the root cause of the problems faced by the Cakes & Bakes bakery.
