Due to this customer shift, cellular industry is gradually losing business, Mobile Network Operators should facilitate their customers for easy access to their loved ones in abroad and in the areas where GSM network is not available but internet is available and vice versa the MNO GSM network should provide accessibility to users available on internet cloud through same GSM network, AVVID introduced Global connect to meet client satisfaction and fill this Gap existing in the industry.
