Item HRMS(UMT Lahore, 2017-09-05) Sheharyar Lodhi; Ayaz NazarAn HR management system helps to solve various problems. For example, if a university’s HR department wants to publish job vacancies on the university’s official website, publishing such information on the main website is not a good idea. These things should be placed separately. Another issue is that when someone sees a job post on the university’s official website, such as a teaching position, the user reads the job description and, in the end, sees nothing but an email address like [email protected] . The user expects a proper button to apply for the job, and the absence of such a feature can be annoying. Similarly, if an employee wants to apply for leave, they usually have to write an application and then visit their department to get signatures. This process wastes a lot of time. Our system removes this distance between people and the HR process by providing all requirements in one place, whether the user wants to apply for a job or is already an employee of the university. The system works differently from other systems. When a user (employee or admin) opens the website www.umthrms.tk , the homepage appears with a navigation bar containing menus such as Home, About Us, Contact Us, Careers, and a login button for authorized HR system users. On the homepage, everyone can see announcements, job postings, the notice board, and holidays. However, only authorized users such as admins, teachers, or other university staff who have been given a login email and password can access the login button. For example, if a user is an admin and wants to log in, they simply click the login button. A new page opens showing a login form where the system asks for an email and password.Item Project HRMS (Human Resource Management System)(University of Management and Technology, 2018) Sheharyar LodhiHR management system will help to solve various problems. Like if our university's HR department wants to publish jobs in university official website. Publishing these things in an official website is not a good thing. These things should be in separate place. Another idea is that if someone sees the post on the university's official website like university wants a teacher user read the job description and in the end what he sees? He sees nothing but an email: [email protected] and he is expecting there should be a button that should be helpful to apply for this job. But this thing will might annoy anyone else. And if an employee want's to apply for a leave he definitely type an application after this he will go for his department need a signatures. Doing these things will might waste his/her time. Our System removes the distance from people to our system they will meet their all requirements in one place. Whether they wants to apply, whether he/she is an employee of this university. It works different like the other system. If a user is (employee/admin) he will first open the site www.umthrms.tk when the site open he/she will see the navigation bar home page having menus Home, about us, Contact us, Careers and a login button for an authorized user for the hr. system. In our system home page everyone can see the announcements jobs can see notice board. Everyone can see holidays. But no one can access the login button except the users of the system whether he/she and admin, a teacher or other staff member of the department or a university who have given a login email or a password.
