    Centralized healthcare system using blockchain

    In today’s world, as diseases are increasing day by day which also increase prescription paper work. Another problem is that patient has to carry his prescriptions and tests reports each time before visiting a Doctor. As we see every thing in this modern World is automated, so there should be a system for healthcare as well which hold patient’s data in digital form to avoid paper work. System should be available and accessible all time, for such System main problems are Security and consistency of Data. In order to make data consistant and secure as well as available at any time, we came up with an idea of Implementing HealthCare System Using Blockchain. Breif Description of Blockchain is Given below: Blockchain technology is a system of creating an immutable, secure, distributed database of transactions. Block chains were initially created to provide a distributed ledger of financial transactions that did not rely upon a central bank, Credit Company, or other financial institution. The technological breakthrough, however, has been extended to transactions involving legal matters, medical records, insurance billing, and smart contracts. One primary way that Blockchain technology is important to healthcare professionals is that it can revolutionize medical database interoperability. This greater interoperability can help improve access to medical records and prescription databases. In this proposed system, we maintian patient’s Visits Record in a manageable way to make it easy to use. We also Manage Patient’s Test Record which describe Test details, Doctor’s details who prescribed Test and Hospital Details. We also store Family History of a Patient to locate Genetic Diseases. We also maintain Reports in this system, to maintain Disease Counters Province wise. This system also provide login portal for Patient to view his/her medical history. This system provide portal for Laboratory Staff to add Tests Results. We tried to cover all possible aspects of HealthCare System to ensure secure and consistent medical Data.
