    Squid (survival) game

    The gaming industry is booming, and almost everyone plays games in some capacity. Many popular movies and TV shows inspire games to be made from them, this helps boost the popularity of the game. In this project, we take inspiration from the squid game as it is an intellectual property that everyone is familiar with and has a fun and unique concept which isperfect for a video game. Six levels were designed to replicate how it would feel to play them. Levels such as ‘Red light, Green light’, and ‘Glass bridge game’ with added quirks such as collecting boosts, coins, and gems were implemented. A high score system was added so the player can try to beat their high score. The in-game store was designed, where the player can spend the coins they collected, to boost player, increase their speed, and make them invincible for a short period, the user can also buy extra health to help them finish a level. The character customization feature is also available in the in-game store. In the future, we intend to add many more levels from the show as well as original Pakistani-based levels to promote our culture
