    Pakistan sign language application
(UMT Lahore, 2016-10-15) Abdul Moied; Farhan Ali; Shaheer-ul-Azeem
This document portrays the development and the principal tests of a speech-to-sign language clarification structure in a real-world environment. The developed structure focuses on sentences spoken by an official when assisting individuals who have hearing impairments and understand sign language. The structure provides clarification of official statements into PSL (Pakistan Sign Language) for Deaf persons. The clarification structure consists of a dialogue recognizer for converting spoken utterances into a sequence of words, a natural language interpreter, also known as a “parser,” for transforming complex sentences into an ordered set of words that correspond only to signs belonging to the sign language, and a 3D avatar animation module for displaying hand movements.
