Brain Ware Cognitive Rating Scale (13-Adult) was adapted to investigate the Secondary School Teachers’ Perception about Effect of Hearing Impairment on Cognitive Learning Skills with mild modifications and changes. Data was analyzed using SPSS, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Three skills including attention, memory and perceptual processing are more affected in female students with hearing impairment as compared to males. The limitation were fewer students and the sample size for this study was modest. Also, the researcher could not gather data from Pakistan as a whole due to a lack of time and resources and solely gathered information from various Punjab province universities. The future researcher should replicate this study on a larger sample from different province of Pakistan.
