    This thesis project explores the beautiful landscape of Pakistan's Skardu region and discusses the cultural center that represents the harmony between cultural preservation and environmental sustainability. Using a variety of methods, including cultural analysis, environmental assessment and architecture, this work explores the complexity of Skardu's rich heritage and beautiful Alpine landscape. The Cultural Community aims to be a cultural connection across differences between local communities and tourists. By promoting sustainable development, the Center aims to reduce the ecological footprint and provide a welcoming space for integration, while preserving and enhancing Skardu's unique environment. This research contributes to the discussion of culturally sensitive architecture by providing a holistic vision that highlights the importance of Skardu and promotes the connection between culture and place.
