    The present era where we are living of technological revolution .in that era people or technology interact every step on the daily basic of modern world of life . that technology gives lot of advantages in form of internet , social platforms and much more to the people of that era . the good or bad things existent throughout in the history of human being , while the great improvement of technology the good or bad people also take the advantages of that thing . the Pakistan is the under progressed country throughout of the world most advanced and expertise holds countries , but it has computer and internet like other advanced states , but with the passing of time the medium of internet and cyber space progressing day or hours . but on the other side Pakistan did not aware as the other states are advanced in internet and technology .that is why Pakistan also don‟t know how to tackle the bad things of internet or technology .this foremost purpose of this study cyber laws and critical analysis between Pakistan and united states .and also discusses different convention on Cybercrime .and also last part of this research that regarding internet issues and legislation regarding cybercrimes in Pakistan and does any loopholes in it or we need to more improvement in it .
