    Effects of bullying on educational performance of hearing-impaired students
    (UMT, Lahore, 2021) SANA REHMAN
    A child's Academic Performance (AP) is negatively impacted by a Hearing Impairment (HI), whether it is permanent or intermittent. It can be broken down into two groups: deafness and hard of hearing. The lives of people with HI are adversely impacted, and they face numerous challenges. The most significant is speech and communication issue which results in psychological concerns and social isolation. This research was conducted to examinate the effects of bullying on educational performance of students with hearing Impairment. This was quantitative research conducted by a survey. Objectives of the study were to investigate the effects of bullying on educational performance of students with hearing impairment. Data was collected by a self-developed questionnaire from public and private schools of Students with hearing impairment. Questionnaire was consisted on 4-point Likert scale and 30 statements. Teachers of the students with hearing impairment were the papulation of this study. The researcher had selected 61 teachers from public and private schools of Lahore to respond the questionnaire. Sample was collected from schools of Lahore by using convenient sampling technique. Findings of the study were that bullying has worst effects on the educational performance of the students with hearing impairment.
