    Being a maritime nation, Pakistan's trade and economic sectors would benefit from the promising blue economy. Along with protecting biodiversity like marine life and coastal resources, it also aids in the ongoing development of the country. Yet, Pakistan is facing many difficulties, which are discussed in this study. With regard to the environmental and economic issues Pakistan is facing, maritime sustainability has become a key area of concern.
