Relevant departments have information regarding each student which needs to be recorded, maintained and tracked when necessary. All modules in the system are connected for easy data access based on user roles. From admission to enrollment in the class, assigning teachers based on subjects, generating report cards, managing fees to a specific portal for parents to view their kid's progress reports, attendance, notifications, communication and course materials. Our solution is designed to reduce complexity of managing data. The interface is designed to be user friendly so that a non-technical person can easily add and maintain relevant records. The solution is web based platform created using Word Press and can be installed and uninstalled with just a few clicks. Not only it is multi browser compatible, it also works on mobile device being responsive in nature. Admin has the permission to add/edit/delete any account for the student, teacher and parents. We have included a messaging module which allows the parents and teachers to communicate actively for the betterment of the child. In short, the designed solution will save a lot of time and money in expenses on school's end and will keep everybody informed without any hassle.
