Nowadays, performance appraisal has gradually become part of a more planned approach to combininghuman resourceactions and business strategies and may now be agreed as a standard term cover a variation of events through which organizations seek out to evaluate employees and develop their skill, develop performance and share out perks. The victory of an organization rest on the performance of the employees that is why diverse factors regarding performance of a resource person are evaluated during evaluation process. In a medium to large scale organization where number of resource persons is high so the evaluation process becomes considerably complex and requires extensive paperwork and manpower. Hence, it is essential that we develop an automated version of manual evaluation process to evaluate the performance of the employees. On the strategic level, the necessity for quick and accurate reporting can only be met by an automated system which provides flexibly to ever changing resource evaluation system.
