    The Vehicle tracking system is an android application. These packages are designed to handle multiple company fleets and track cars. It could be used to perform operations, monitoring, and fleet management. Fleet management includes several functions such as car recovery, licenses, car telematics (monitoring and diagnostics), speed control, and driver management. A car tracking device is designed and implemented to monitor the movement of cars from any area at any time. The proposed machine used the famous era, which combines an intelligent program with a microcontroller. it can be simple and affordable compared to others. The proposed automotive tool works with a Global Positioning Machine (GPS) and Global Mobile Chat System / Standard Packet Radio Service Provider (GSM/GPRS), which is one of the most unusual methods of tracking vehicles. The Google Maps API is used to display the vehicle on the map in the mobile software. Therefore, if the consumer wishes, the moving vehicle can be shown continuously. to reveal the feasibility and effectiveness of the device, this article presents the test results of the car monitor and some sensible deployment experiences.
