Therapy Link is an artificial intelligence-based mental health support system that offers personalized, on demand support through real time text and voice conversations. Unlike static fine-tuning-based traditional AI models, Therapy Link uses Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to dynamically retrieve the most appropriate therapy response, providing context-aware and ever-changing support. The system combines natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and psychological questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7) to assess users' emotional status and provide personalized interventions. Therapy Link also provides mood tracking, guided meditation, and breathing exercises for maintaining mental well-being. With end-to-end encryption and secure authentication, the platform balances user privacy with a smooth and engaging experience via an animated character. Through adaptive, AI-based therapy, Therapy Link seeks to close the gap in mental health care, bringing psychological support accessible, secure, and stigma-free.
