    Life in Progress Application

    The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a smartphone application named Life in Progress, that, with certainty, promotes healthy lifestyle habits amongst its users. This research is designed to keep track of, and promote a number of behaviors and advice. Basic tasks such as monitoring water intake, tracking dietary habits as well as providing information and support for physical activity while monitoring progress. On top of that, the aim is to provide the users with personalized recommendations on all fronts. It also proposes a gamification aspect to the user interface and application theme. Making users perceive it as if they are playing a game and advancing their fictional persona/custom character by sticking to their daily goals and living healthily
